We suck at organising stuff.

It was about midday on ANZAC day when Adrian called me and asked if I wanted to head to Erskine falls, Lorne. It took me about an hour to get my stuff together, and once I got to Adrian's, we screwed around looking at youtube videos of crap for another hour or so. By the time we got to Lorne, we were well and truly in magic hour. Erskine falls is deep in a gully which shades it from sunlight. By the time we got there, we had about 30 minutes to walk downstream before the sun vanished. Here are some pics.

With recent rain, there was heaps of water going down the falls. Everything was so green.

A-bomb on the drive down to the falls.

Dense rainforest.

The walk to the falls.

Trees in magic hour.

Me

Adrian Stojkovich, or as he is commonly known 'the A bomb'.

Fine and Dandy

Mum has gone for her second checkup since finishing this round of chemo. Thankfully, no major changes have been recorded. She will remain on trial drugs until any changes are noticed. She has been walking nearly 4 kms a day, four times a week. Oh, and she mowed the lawn. She's probably fitter than I am!

Streetlights in Winter

I love the way streetlights look after rain. I love the way the way they reflect of the water.

Wildcat General Strike

I found out through Facebook that a guy who I went to primary school with was playing in a band at 1000 £ Bend. They were awesome.

My cousin came down to visit from Queensland. She brought her young son Luke with her. Mum loves playing with kids.

Autumnal Light

The sun set just as I got home. I grabbed my gear and ran outside, but alas, the sun was already setting. I managed to grab this shot of the old birch tree next door. I love autumn light!

Last night's sunset was ethereal. This was taken from the Flinders St tram stop.

Shooting Shoot The Sun

I was recruited by Ash to shoot her brother's band, Shoot The Sun. I didn't really know what to expect, and I haven't really done much in the way of band photos. With a house as a backdrop and a dog running around, here's what I've come up with (so far).
