Marobo Hot Springs

Okay, so these photos are fairly old (well, by this blogs standards). I took these in June, and I can't believe that I haven't used them for anything. In fact, I kind of forgot about them completely until going through my TL pics for a story. They are of one of the most beautiful and surreal places I have ever been.

The Morobo hot springs lie in the Bobonaro District of Timor Leste. Surrounded by volcanoes and palm trees, we bathed with the friendly villagers from around the area in the ruined Portugese baths. It was amazing.

Rick

This amazing hunk of a man is my good friend Rick S. We went to high school together. He is a qualified educator, philosopher, and all round good guy.

Boring Plane Photos

I took these ages ago. I know that everyone has these shots. I probably have a few thousand myself. This sunset was just particularly awesome.

A Beautiful Family

About two months ago, the beautiful Soares family of Beto-Tasi, Dili, Timor Leste saw me walking home. Pelagia, a 22 year old lady invited me in to meet her family. She offered me food and Timorese coffee. I was lucky enough to meet her charming husband and her three beautiful children. Their hospitality has stuck in my mind, and I thought I would share the experience on my blog. I wish everyone was so lovely.

Overdramatic Black And White Photos Of My Friends.

Went to Em's place. Watched the girls watch 90's chick flicks. Took some photos.
